We also have imported the latest technology manufacturing equipments from USA, such as CNC flow former, DC automatic butt welding line, laser assembly and welding line. The manufactuer of these equipments has provided production equipment to well known wheel groups all over the world. 6.. We are capable of producing full range of tube type wheel, tubeless wheel, 25"OTR wheel, totally more than 200 sizes wheels. 7.. The annual production capacity is 4 million sets. We strickly control product quality, that is why we have the CNAS certified lab center and also bought the most advanced test machine from USA, which are not avaialbe in any of other wheel manufactuer in China. Wheel will be tested and marked for balnacing with tires; On line leak test machine will 100% prevent air leakage at welding joint. We also has purchased the latest technology laser welding line for rim and disk assembling. Comparing with traditional flash welding, laser welding has greatly improved welding strength and balance of the wheel is excellent.
